I am recently divorced and spending my first Christmas without my husband. It has already been extremly difficult day to day without him. I am requesting prayer. I walked away from the Lord. I want to be in right standings with the Father again. Things only got worse for me and my daughters. Our finances are almost non existent, we live off my disablity benefits from my on the job injury. $890.00 per month, our rent is $635.00 per month. Our utilities has been turned off, we have had to sell cans and go the food bank or other charities in order to eat. I was diagnosed with diabetes, I have a pending surgery for cataracts on both eye, high blood pressure and heart problems. Please pray first for my deliverance from everything and everyone that's not of God and salvation for me and my two daughters. We need God's help right now! Thanks for your prayers.
Please pray for me to have the strength to continue supporting and loving my mom. I have watched over her for the past 40 years because of her illness. I have given her all of my life. She is now 78 years old and suffers from cancer, alzheimer's, and dymensia. She has no one to help her but me. I need prayer this evening for myself and my family. My husband and I have been married for 3 years. I have a daughter, 8, he has a son, 7 and we have a son together, 2 1/2. We had been very happy, struggling but happy. My husband was a full time student (straight A's) and he stayed home with our son. He also ran a business from our home. In Feb. of this year my husband began having severe back trouble. The doctor after about 3 months prescribed him Vicadin. I was upset and told him I didn't think it was a good idea. He said until he began physical therapy he needed to take them. He has had substance abuse problems in the past. Well in June I began to notice a change in him and began to think he had began using drugs again. He said no and I tried to believe him but something told me that he was lying. I began nagging him daily and accusing him of using. Well in October I asked him to move out, things were getting bad. I filed for divorce on Nov. 1 (with pressure from my parents). 14 days later he was arrested. I do believe that was Gods will and am thankful that he wound up there instead of dead. It's now Dec. and he is in jail. He was using and lying all this time. I was so hurt that he could not come to me. He has always come to me about everything, we are best friends. He was blessed and received much less time than he thought. He will be gone for about a year and 4 months. My son is asking me everyday where daddy went. they were so close. I have not served my husband with the divorce papers and I don't know if I really want to. I have so much pressure from my family. My dad payed for the divorce so I feel like I need to go through with it. I don't want to let my parents down but I want my family back together. So tonight I need prayer for some things. 1) Please pray I can begin to forgive my husband. 2) Please pray that the right decision will come to me. 3) Please pray that my family's hearts will be softened and will realize that I need them to support me no matter what decision I make.

I'm taking custody of my 13 year old neice, Im a single mom of 4 and working with a tight budget, my neice is coming to us from 120 miles from home, and I will have to take her home for visits and such, the van I have now is a gas guzzler. Also pray for my neice, shes coming from a bad home, ( and me that I can help her ) her father has schizophrenia, and I believe her mother is manic depressive. My neice has been charged with assault and has some real anger issues. I had her all last summer and over holiday break. She was much happier with us. I need pray for restoration to God. I have strayed very far away even though i still attend church almost every week. I fell into a spirt of lust, perversion, bitterness, depression, anger, and doubt. I don't know how to come back. the more i try to do right the more wrong i do and the worst i get. I had asked for prayer for a full time permanant job with benifits. Well I was told when I went to the interview on Monday that I had the job all that was needed to be done was the approval from the Corporate office. The corporate office on Friday evening has refused me to go work with them because I have worked to many temporary assignment over the last three years. Yes, it is true due to I have a family and can't make it on unemployment benifits. My old employeers have wrote letters of recommendations and have spoken with the Regional Manager and ofcourse when your in the phone business everyone knows each other. I have sent the Regional Manager all the addresses and phone numbers so that he can call the locations. The problem is that one of the employeers I worked for twice gave me a hot check and we are still battling over them paying me all my hot check fees that it costed me for there check bouncing twice. I was so hurt to hear this news due to I have tried so hard to keep up with everything. I am a single parent and my so called husband is lost somewhere in Mexico.
Please pray that God will open there hearts and they will see that I will go to work to work to support my household and pay my bills. I have enough issues with my credit history because of late bills or I couldn't pay the bill. It isn't easy going from one assignment to another but sometimes we must because the state has craked down on a lot of assistance in which I don't qualify because I have a new car to them a 2004 is as new as a 2006 but I got a new car due to I was always having trouble with my 2000 breaking down and leaving me here and there. Due to my credit yes I paid more for it and a higher interest rate.
Also, pray for my neiborhood that has gotten way out of control. We are expering a high level of crime in my complex. When I decided to buy my condo it wasn't at all like this. In the last 15 months crime has gotten to out of control with drugs, prosition, murders and all. Yes, I am trying to sell out and get something a lot better but due to my credit once again and no money to but down there isn't much I can do but stay to myself as I have always done.

Please pray for me as I struggle with problems eating and a distorted view of my body. My whole life feels out of control right now and I am desparately trying to turn control over to God but everything just seems to get worse the more I try to trust Him.
In the past week I have started reverting to the anorexic behavior of my teens (I'm in my 20s now). It's a struggle to force food down my throat and purging is even looking attractive.
I know this is not pleasing to God and I'm trying so hard but failing in this area. Please pray for me that I will be able to accept my body the way it is and lose weight in a healthy way. I have other health problems that prevent me from exercising right now and the only way I can control my weight is watching my diet.
