Request a prayer for an orphan...

To request a prayer, click on the picture box and type your prayer request in the comment box provided. Click "anonymous" for your "identity" if you wish to hide your identity. Click "other" if you want to display a name. You will be asked to type a series of letters that appear in an image before we accept your posting. That's to protect you and the site. If you choose "other" for your "identity," you will also be given a choice to include a website address in the second box, if you have created a website or Blog for this orphan or orphanage's benefit.

If you wish to pray for an orphan or an orphanage, click on the picture box and select the child or orphanage to pray for. Remember, it is not important for the orphan or orphanage to know you or that you are praying for them. The prayers will work...

NOTE: You might be wondering how people would come to know an orphan's name, if an orphan has not been adopted. Good question! Actually, many religious organizations sponsor summer visits for the orphans, and many loving families have taken these beautiful children in their homes. Hopefully you will ask your religious group about these programs. Usually the children have passed the age of 5 years, and have a very slim chance at being adopted. Their destiny will be to live in the orphanage until they are 18 years of age, and then they will go out, alone, to make it in the world.
